Dollar Knife Co.

The Dollar Knife Company was a brand of knives manufactured by the Schatt & Morgan Cutlery Company, which was founded in 1897 in Gowanda, New York. Schatt & Morgan began manufacturing Dollar Knife Company knives in 1926.

Cooper Cutlery started producing the Dollar Knife Co. brand in 2023 with our Jack Knife Pattern and we will continue this pattern in 2024 and beyond.
